Moisture curing polyurethane adhesives are curing systems. The adhesives are applied to one surface only and a spray of moisture is applied. These products are then consolidated in a press. The moisture initiates the cure of the adhesive and once cured the adhesive film exhibits high heat, water and chemical resistance.
The product can be supplied in a variety of cure rates to meet all process speeds. The viscosity of the product can be varied to allow application using numerous methods including:
- spray
- bead
- roll coater
- hand applicator
Solvent free polyurethane adhesives adhere to a variety of substrates and can be used for the following applications:
- caravans
- truck panels
- flooring
- roofing
- cladding
- rail
- cold store
