Raleigh, with their state of the art coating lines, can produce coated products up to 1500mm wide and in roll lengths of up to 1000mm in diameter. Via a range of coating heads, water and solvented systems can be processed with coating weights typically in the range of 10gsm - 100gsm and hot melt adhesive systems with coating weights in the range of 20gsm - 200gsm.
Subtrates can be supplied or sourced by ourselves, and could include paper, films, foils, vinyls, coated fabrics, woven and non woven fabrics, along with other flexible substrates. These can be direct or transfer coated depending on the customers requirements.
Raleigh has a range of converting and slitting equipment available to enable rolls to be reduced in length and width depending on customer requirements. 'Clean Room' coating and drying capability (Class 1000/ISO14644.1 Class 6) is available if required.
Raleigh's range of experience in problem solving is available to ensure customer requirements are precisely matched. If a standard system is not suitable then products can be tailored to specific requirements. The Pilot coating facility is excellent for establishing needs and solving problems that a customer may have.
