Apollo Adhesives has developed a brilliant white, light stable “anti – pick” sealant adhesive for use in public washrooms as a sanitary ware sealant as well as a general purpose sealer for door frames and any areas subject to abuse and vandal attack.
Apollo A9991 A/B is a two part polyurethane system which cures to form an extremely tough, hard wearing seal which will accommodate small amounts of movement in the joint.
It has been specifically developed for use for grouting and sealing around sanitary ware and fixings to give anti pick and anti vandalism joints. It is also suitable for use in perimeter sealing of doors and windows as well as heavy duty joints in floors and walls.
The product is supplied in ready to use 180 ml cartridges with the two components being mixed together as they are dispensed through a static mixer nozzle.
Apollo A9991 A/B has been approved for use in HM Prisons by the Ministry of Justice and was found to be “a superior quality anti-pick mastic”. |
